Terms of Use
Effective August 12, 2026
Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tiggoo.com (the "Site"), operated by Jiaxing Taigu Outdoor Products Co., Ltd., the company behind the TIGGOO brand ("TIGGOO," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract to accept these Terms, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Product Information, Quotes & Orders
The Site presents our seating and home collections and allows business customers to submit order requests. Product descriptions, dimensions, weight ratings, prices, availability, freight estimates, taxes, and lead times shown on the Site are provided for reference only, may change without notice, and do not constitute a binding offer. An order request is not accepted until TIGGOO issues a written quote or order confirmation and the customer accepts it. Actual colors and finishes may vary slightly from what your screen displays and between production batches.
TIGGOO may revise or decline an order request after reviewing quantity, destination, availability, freight, and other commercial terms. Payment is arranged offline using instructions supplied directly by our team. The Site does not collect or store payment-card numbers, online-banking credentials, or similar payment credentials. An order is shown as paid only after TIGGOO verifies the offline payment.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected on the Site and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our practices.
